ACAP (Malaysia), a wholly owned subsidiary, is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  The company is a Bank Negara Malaysia approved mortgage loan service provider, the first of its kind in the country.  Similar to parent company ACAP, it takes care of all facets relating to the safekeeping and recovery of loans and collateral, including customer service, collections, instructing litigation and auction, storing credit files and security documents, coordinating etc.  The staff are well versed in foreclosure and civil litigation processes in Malaysia
