NPL Portfolio Valuation

We have a growing list of high profile investors who rely on us for comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence and valuation of NPLs portfolios.  We combine legal and asset valuation expertise together with our own credit expertise to ensure all important factors are considered in each due diligence.

Our valuation considers all aspects of ownership, including forecasted recovery, expenses and taxes for the life of the portfolio.  To forecast recovery, we use a sophisticated proprietary recovery forecast model developed and refined over several years.  It encapsulates the collective experience of our senior recovery managers and is continuously calibrated using historical results from actual collections.
