Capital OK, a personal finance provider, is jointly owned by ACAP (50.99%) and Orix Corporation of Japan (49.00%).  The company provides personal loans and credit cards to individuals and families across Thailand.  In the past, the company was also a major provider of consumer loans at retail point of sale as well as a provider of hire purchase facilities.  In all, Capital OK has experience in managing a portfolio of up to almost one million accounts with outstanding obligation of more than 11 billion baht (USD 333 million).

Capital OK has a significant presence across Thailand with more than 250 business partners offering Capital OK financial products in 1,200 retail outlets.  The company also has 10 customer service branches nationwide and a central call centre in Bangkok.

Capital OK has a wholly owned subsidiary, Professional Collection Company Limited (PCOL), which specialises in collection and recovery of non-performing personal and credit card loans.  Altogether, Capital OK and PCOL have a staff contingent of approximately 450 employees
