As ACAP Advisory Public Company Limited indirectly holds 99.99% of the shares in Professional Collection Company Limited (“PCOL”), i.e. theCompany holds 99.99% of the shares in Capital OK Company Limited (“CAP OK”)and CAP OK holds 99.99% of the shares in PCOL, the Company hereby would like to announce its latest decision to purchase all shares which CAP OK holds in PCOL,totaling 6,204,993 shares. The purchase price per share shall be equal to the book value as of September 30, 2014 of PCOL which is THB 10.089, totaling THB 62.60 million. After completing this transaction, ACAP shall directly hold 99.99% of the shares in PCOL.
